Monte Barro: l'Eremo Traditional Cache

Attorno alla quota 790, al termine dell'unica strada che risale le pendici del M.Barro, si trova la località "Eremo", sede del Centro Parco per l'Educazione Ambientale. In effetti, nel parco storico dell'Eremo è possibile ammirare i maestosi faggi elevati al rango di monumenti naturali, nelle immediate vicinanze dell'Eremo si trova inoltre il Sentiero Botanico G.Fornaciari, lungo il quale si possono osservare numerose specie botaniche di interesse naturalistico. Il cache è nascosto su questo sentiero, da cui si gode una splendida vista sui laghi sottostanti.

Dal parcheggio potete arrivare al cache in 20 mn salendo il ripido sentiero descritto.

Around height 790, at the end of the only road that climbs up the slopes of Mount Barro, is the location "Hermitage, home of the Park Center for Environmental Education. Indeed, in the park you can admire the historic Hermitage majestic beech elevated to the rank of natural monuments, in the immediate vicinity of the Hermitage there is also the Botanical Trail G. Fornaciari, along which you can observe numerous plant species of natural interest . The cache is hidden on this  path, which offers a splendid view over the below lakes"
