A new overpass, a rebuilt airport, and a used railway. If you like transport, this is the cache for you.
Finally, after waiting for what seems an eternity, the new rail overpass to Callemondah was opened this morning. I have been watching with keen interest, as I have had this cache planned for months.
This could be easy, or it could be the death of you. You may love me for it, but will probably curse and swear, and hate me. Oh well, such is life.
So many hidey holes, so many possibilities, where could it be?
From this location, you can watch the comings and goings of the trains on the North Coast line, or watch the planes landing at the airport. With the airport extensions now completed, and the eastern threshold very close to the highway, planes landing from the east now descend and fly over the Dawson Highway at not too many metres off the ground.
Please note, the cache is not on railway property. DO NOT walk near railway lines, or under the bridge. The cache is not there.
Oh, and whats with the Goodies connection, eg Ecky Thump? Well, today is my youngest daughters 20th birthday. We have always called her Lecky. Being the Goodies fan that I am, I thought it might be a nice addition.
