Geocache Description:

The HART Stopper series was inspired by my morning and afternoon commuting route through several main roads in Tampa. While driving to and from work I realized we need more caches in this part of the city. Each cache is along a city street and parking for the geomobile is always close by. Please use discretion as you look around, as there will be very high muggle activity at times. Please replace the cache exactly as found for the next person. Thanks and happy hunting!
