As part of the Upminster circular walk which is an interesting walk but not always clearly signposted. The cache is located off the walk on a separate path.
The Upminster walk is not accessible for wheelchair users a number of stiles need to be used as well as the paths are overgrown. It is a good walk and suprising as it passes close to houses. The details for the walk are not listed on the internet but often are mentioned as joining other London walks.
