The coordinates given are for the parking
area, not the cache. To determine the actual cache location you
must solve the puzzle.
Those who solved the other caches in this series (08-08-08 and
09-09-09) figured there would be none in 2010, given how they were
encoded. However, this one uses a new encryption method but it is
faithful to the theme. It's not difficult to solve if you figure
out the method.
Hint: Unless you're a genius or a really industrious mathematician,
you can't solve this without consulting an external
reference.
