The wetland project is worth a visit. While planting the cache, I saw an egret, geese, ducks, frogs and a field mouse. The trail is a gravel path along the edge of the pond and beyond. The walk to the cache is not a significant hike but an enjoyable one. Once you locate the cache, take a minute on your way back to PK to go down to the waters' edge. Enjoy the sights and sounds.
What's with the sharks? On a trip south, I collected prehistoric sharks teeth on a beach near Venice, Florida. This beach, on the Gulf of Mexico, has the worlds highest concentration of sharks teeth washed up on shore. Some of these teeth are up to 12 million years old.
The cache is a small lok n lok container wrapped in camo tape. Inside is a collection of prehistoric sharks teeth, a log book and pencils.
One tooth per registered cacher please. Trades not necessary.
Please let me know when all my teeth are gone and I'll go to the dentist...lol
