I travel up and down I91 all the time and noticed that one of my favorite stopping points didn't have a cache!
This is the Bradford rest area... a nice place to stop and relax for a bit. The rest area facilities are open 7-7 but the lot and such are 24 hours. You'll want to park at the far end of the rest area for ease of access.
Should be a quick park and grab. There's also a benchmark nearby, AI3400 or OXBOW AZ if you prefer.
Cache is placed at the edge of the rest area, just past the well manicured area. It's easy to get to, but there are some thistles. The onramp to the highway isn't too far away, but is well above grade compared to the cache.
I wouldn't recommend coming when it's rained hard recently. It could get pretty muddy.
Container is a flashlight that never worked right. It claimed to be waterproof, so it should be pretty nifty. Cache contains logbook and a small number of pushpin shaped magnets. You'll want to bring your own pen or pencil.
