Geocache Description:

Butano State Park is home to many species of flora and fauna. We are highlighting a few of them here.

This cache marks the junction of the Butano Fire Road and the Mill Ox Trail. A tip of the hoof to fae90 for this cool container.

One of the park's most popular loop trails: start at the Mill Ox Trail trailhead (see parking waypoint), then take a right at the Jackson Flats Trail junction. Veer left at the junction of Jackson Flats Trail and the Canyon Trail. When you arrive at the Butano Fire Road turn left and head back down to the Mill Ox Trail cutoff and back to the parking area.
