This is an easy find. Drive up and gather those smileys, just be careful of the traffic at this location, they drive pretty fast on their way home and even faster when they are late for work.
Mrs Ezdaz just had to have a cache of her very own and she decided that this spot would be a good start on an APC. Since she is new at this game you may not consider this a true APC but lets give the little lady a break just use your geosense to make up the difference.
