Almost a drive by, you will have to get out of the car, unless like me you are on a walk from Bell to MtVictoria. An easy cache to showcase the magnificent Grose Valley and the Surveyors Creek cliffs on the other side of the railway line. Unfortunately the view is somewhat obscured by the trees and the best vantage point is definitely not accessible as it is on the other side of the rail line. Do not under any circumstances even think of crossing the rail line.
I am waiting for Parks and Wildlife to decide to allow caching in National Parks as there are so many amazing places in that area.
The Waratahs are very disappointing this year due to the heavy rains recently, more brown than red I am afraid, but you can see the occasional beauty in well drained spots.
