Geocache Description:

This riverside site was opened to commemorate the Queen's Silver Jubilee. There is a small car park and dog bins. The site has a wheelchair friendly gate but there is no hard surface around the site and as it is a flood plain it can get very muddy.

For this reason the Cache isnt far from the car park! Also Parking is free at the site.

As you can imagine there are lots of Muggles walking their dogs around this area!

The park itself is a great walk, the River Soar winds across the bottom of the park and swans and geese frequent the field on the otherside. It can flood after heavy rain but only close to the river the car park will stay dry and so will the cache!

Enderby is mentioned in the Domesday book under a different but similar name.

The Cache is a regular sandwich style container with a first to find prize (ROAR!) and many other small goodies for swaps! also a log book and a pen and pencil!
