Geocache Description:

"The Pink Floyd Collection"

This cache is one in a series of caches who's names are taken from Pink Floyd song titles. This cache is located in Belhus Woods Country Park which is next to Belhus Chase.

"The Nile Song"

About Belhus Chase

This former arable farmland was aquired by the woodland Trust in 1998. The subsequent woodland planting and meadow creation has recreated a landscape with a parkland atmosphere, reminiscent of the parkland of the former Belhus Mansion. Also there is an excellent network of paths criss crossing the whole area. Its a rich habitat with numerous insects and flowers. Wildlife across the parkland is a year-round treat.
Try observing it from the wooden bridge that straddles the stream, dubbed the Common Watercourse. All together Belhus Chase delivers a real feel for the countryside in outer London.

We have upgraded this cache to a 0.5L clip seal box to allow for swaps ect. A new log book has been started as the old one was full. Please ensure you place the cache back into the camo bag!
