This has been muggled before so pretty please get your ninja on!!!
At each of the following coordinates a tree is encroaching upon a neighboring headstone (demented minds may see that the ancient trees are clearly trying to eat the markers). Gather the requested information from each (apparently edible) headstone to assemble the coordinates for the final. Take the waypoints in order to avoid backtracking.

WPT 1: N43 05.368 W88 54.750 (note that this tree has already consumed most of its metal name plate and is now moving on to the headstone!)

Assign the alphabetical placement number to each letter (A=1 B=2 C=3 etc) in the deceased’s full name. Separate the first name (4 letters), the middle name (8 letters) and the last name (5 letters).
Subtract the alphabetical placement number of the third letter of her last name from the alphabetical placement number of the second to last letter of her middle name. The sum = A
The alphabetical placement number of the last letter of her first name + the first letter of her middle name = F .
