Geocache Description:

This is the third of twelve caches placed in Mohave County, AZ for the "Cache to Eagle" series. These caches are placed for the Boy Scouts, to earn the Geocaching Merit Badge. Inside these caches is a point from the Scout Law, which you will need to give to the councilor to earn credit for doing this cache. There are also first aid kits in every cache, please leave these items in the caches. PLEASE DO NOT POST THE POINT OF THE SCOUT LAW IN YOUR LOG.

THIS CACHE CAN ONLY BE DONE BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9AM to 9PM, out of respect for the people who live near there, that are working hard to preserve this area. You do not have to enter into the white rod iron fence to retrieve this cache.

This cache was placed at an Eagle Project site. Every Boy Scout must do a project to earn the highest rank in Boy Scouts. These projects are a service to the community. This project was done by a a boy in Troop 66, he placed a barbed wire fence This fence is to help keep the land preserved and make it environmentally safe for the wildlife in the area. Please take a look at the beautiful COTTONWOOD tree inside the fence. This tree is the second oldest cottonwood in Arizona and is 28 feet around. In the old days it was once called the "lunch tree" for the wagons passing through.
