Welcome to our Sunday Drive Series - #4 - A top spot.
This series of caches will take you on a journey around some of the roads that take in the wonderful scenic views of Lake Hume & it's surrounding hills, Mt.Granya & the Jarvis Creek Regional Park.
This series is aimed at a leisurely drive that hopefully takes you to some places you wouldn't often visit & take in the beautiful views along the way.
This cache is located along a dirt road section of the Tallangatta - Bethanga Road.
It has a large area to park in off the main road. From the road below the cache, it will only be a short distance, but please do not park on this part of the road as it is a very sharp corner, and unsafe to park. We have added the co-ordinates for the entry to the 'carpark'.
There is a very short walk to the cache, where you will be able to take in a beautiful views of the 'Mitta Mitta Arm' towards Tallangatta & a great weir view back towards Bethanga.
Make sure you've bought the camera.
Cache is a painted 1.2L sistema type container.
