Bendy bench is in an area of Lakeland Hills that, when placed, had not been developed. There are sidewalks and streets, just no houses. You have a pretty good view of the construction below from the bench now; sadly, before, there was just trees. CONGRATS TO Seattle Seekers FTF!! UPDATE! Just placed a new container, it's now an evil cache. Be careful not to lose the nail, it makes it a lot easier to remove and replace the log.
You will have to park at the following coordinates and hike down the road to a picnic structure. People walk/ride their bikes in this area all the time. Pretty muggle proof for right now but as the development begins, who knows. I put a higher difficulty rating due to the trees and hiking required.
