Geocache Description:

I micro cache located near the entrance of the now defunct Dubach Park Facilities. *Road is not maintained - please drive carefully!*

The Dinosmash team thought we had run into some luck - a park in Woodland that didn't already have caches in it? We just had to investigate! Google maps showed not much going on in the area - while Bing maps pictured a delightful site with two baseball diamonds and plenty of cache hiding places! When we arrived at the park, eagerly anticipating a fairly easy cache drop we were shocked to disocver that the park was barren, empty, and deserted. Come to find out, this once lovely ball field was actually demolished in 2008! As newcomers to Woodland, we must have missed the memo (see: the memo). Never ones to be discouraged by a trivial thing like a decimated cache site, we regrouped (had to modify the container) and carried on! Please enjoy a cache that highlights a formerly attractive, current storm drainage area.

A very lucky looking scratch off lotto ticket has been included in this cache for the FTF. Maybe you could buy this area with your winnings?
