Did you know German was the prominent language here for over 50 years? Can you believe that the local radio station is water-powered? How much bark do you think was needed to run the second largest leather tannery in the US? All this and more can be experienced in beautiful Jeffersonville, NY.
Due to this area having few choices for food (we often have to drive 30+ minutes for a meal), you might like to know that this town offers Turkish, Brazilian, Italian and Chinese restaurants.
