LCSM: One of the key signs for this puzzle is missing, and although you can get the information for it on-line, that sort of defeats the purpose. Also, the final location sign has been removed, so it's time to archive this one. Thanks to the few of you who came here.

This is a multi cache, that requires you to drive up to several road side markers, read the information, manipulate the numbers and find the final, which is a film canister. It doesn't matter which order you go to the 3 signs to get the information needed. The coords will bring you to Sign 1, titled First Tavern.
Oran is a hamlet within the Town of Pompey in Onondaga County, New York, United States. It is located along Cazenovia Road, a section of New York State Route 92, between the villages of Manlius and Cazenovia.
Drover's Tavern, a historic building listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is in Oran.

Sign 1: First Tavern
A = the second digit in the year the tavern was rebuilt.
B = the number of men's names mentioned on this sign.
Sign 2: Oran N42' 58.702 W 075.55.999
C= the number of letters in the third brother's name minus the number of letters in the first brother's name.
Sign 3: First Steamboat N42' 59.039 W075' 56.649
D= number of letters in the 2nd word on the first line below the title.
E= the sum of the last two numbers in the year the steamboat was launched
F= The number of letters in the last word on the fifth row below the title.
There is sufficient room to pull over on the side of the road at all locations, but you really don't need to get out of the car until the final stop. Even I could read the signs from inside the car!
