Bridge over 40 Mile Creek.
My first cache. I placed it in a place where I grew up. No not in the creek, but I did spend considerable time there growing up. It was far enough from home it felt like we were hiding from our parents but close enough they could get us quickly. I caught ( and released!) many frogs there.
It is a fairly easy to find and easy to access cache but I left as 1.5 for both as the ratings might increase depending on weather ( it is an unopened road allowance - the day I placed it I drove to it. In winter, not a chance. Also, once the farmers start the tractors up, the ruts are terrible). As logic would dictate, it is a creek so in the spring or heavy rains, it flows - be careful. The cache is a small rubbermaid screw top with log and pencil only.
