Geocache Description:

Come help commemorate the start of Earth Science Week on the tenth day, of the tenth month, of the tenth year by exploring one of Spokane Valley's great parks and helping make our earth (and Mirabeau Park) a bit greener!!

"Your group’s offer to pick up litter at Mirabeau Park on October 10 would be greatly appreciated... Thank you for thinking of us."

Please bring your own trash bags and gloves if you have them. Those plastic store bags will work great for this!!

This event is open to all geo-cachers and non geo-cachers alike. There is no such thing as a muggle for this Cache in, Trash out Event event!!

We will meet at the Mirabeau Meadows parking lot on Sunday, 10/10/10 at 1:10 p.m. (We set this event for afternoon out of respect for those, like us, who attend church on Sunday morning and for those who like to sleep in.)



Mirabeau Park was formerly know as the Walk in the Wild Zoo between 1972 - 1995. Walking through the park you can still see signs of where some of the animal habitats use to be.
