Geocache Description:

Welcome to the tail of the lions, the two massive rock structures that overlook Vancouver. From downtown they may look close but the hike up this trail will take a strong adventurer. Luckily this cache is hidden only about 1km up the trail but its definitely an uphill venture for the short distance.

Start at the Lions trailhead in Lions Bay and follow the road up past the water treatment plant, further up the hill another few hundred metres, you will find a small grassy field with a board made into a bench...the bench points the way...

No need to climb too far into the bush - don't go up or down any cliffs!

Carrying on up the trail to the Lions is NOT for the faint of heart. It is a strenuous and long hike that requires pre-planning. Finding this cache will be a safe short hike but don't go for the full hike without knowing what you're getting into.
