Geocache Description:

This is an NAVIGATION AND OFFSET cache. The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates.

Jstajlr was recently telling me his geocaching partner, Stubbs13, is disappointed she doesn’t get to go caching much now that she’s back in school, he works most weekends, and she’s found all of caches close to home. So, I thought I’d put together a little something for her to work out on her own. Since she’s back in school, I thought I’d “test” her to see how well she’s studying.

The listed coordinates are the “starting point.” There used to be an old information booth here with map of Omro, but it has since been torn down for a warming shelter for the ice pond. To find the cache, you'll need to find a map of Omro and travel from the provided coordinates. (Don’t worry Stubbs… you don’t have to cross the river since Dad won’t be there to carry you.)

***DIRECTIONS***
***
From the starting point, turn the only direction available on the street named after the 5th US President.
then RIGHT on the street named after the second largest Great Lake by surface area.
followed by a LEFT on the street that could be described as “Cleaning 2000 lbs.”
then RIGHT on the street named after the only Great Lake completely bordered by the US only.
next, turn LEFT on the street named after the person on the $50 bill.
Follow this road as it turns EAST, then turn LEFT on the only street available NOT named after a US President.
then RIGHT on the street named after the deepest Great Lake.
followed by a RIGHT on the street named after the first US President (other than the 1st EVER President) to not have served as Vice President before being elected President.
then go LEFT on the street that shares it’s name with a local park.
Finally, turn RIGHT on the next available street.
Find the fire hydrant near the blue thing. The cache is located “XX” FEET SW of here.

XX = MULTIPLY the number of city streets named after US Presidents BY the number of city streets that share their name with a US state, then ADD the number of city streets named after trees.
