South Arm Road Park n' Cache
This is located on the South Arm Road, access to the Lower Richardson Lakes boat launch and the So. Arm campground area. This scenic overlook is beautiful, you can see Roxbury (Ellis) Pond, the antennas, White Cap, the tower on Black Mtn, and I believe a peak of Sunday River.
This spot is known as being one of the last cell phone reception areas heading toward the lake. We used to drive out here when staying at the camping area to call civilization.
A great place to pull over, listen by the guardrails to the sound of the wind and Black Brook below.
