Geocache Description:

The towpath can get a little overgrown towards the end of summer so long trousers are a must...!
There are a couple of stiles to climb.
Parking just across bridge on right.

Because of the slight hill at this location, this branch of the Montgomeryshire canal is where the deepest cuts into the earth had to be made, thus the area was christened Deep Cutting.
The cache is located just off the towpath near the bridge.
Take half an hour to stroll up the towpath to Burgedin locks, it's a great nature trail for kids!
