The cache is a clear cilliderical, lock & lock container. I got the container in Squamish of all places in a dollar store that sells containers for like 1 dollar.
In the cache is an Ikea pencil, a logbook and various items to trade. Feel free to trade anything.
Travelbugs are very much welcome and geocoins also.
When you find this cache, take a miniute to look at Pitt Lake, see the waves roll onto the shore and take a moment to absorb the tranquility of this land. Watch the clouds sore over the mountains, and see the eagles fly with effortless ease. Take a picture of youself next to the lake in your log if you can, and tell what your expierence felt like sitting with the massive lake. Release your mind of anything and just relax before your next cache. Be at one with nature and its forces and explain in your log with a few words.

It is a cylindrical cache container with various items in it. Once again, feel free to place a travel bug in it. I forgot to put a bag over the logbook, so you may trade an item for the bag for the logbook.
