The long awaited sequel!

After creating the evil SLI 137/2.41 cache, I thought I'd lighten up a bit on the difficulty with an educational series.

Cache is not at posted coordinates, as usual.

I'm sure you all know about Ernst Mach. What to you mean, "Who the heck is that?" Well this puzzle centers around him.

True airspeed = 489 kts., Altitude 31,000ft., ISA standard day

How fast would Ernst say you're flying(ab=xx+.03)? What was his birth month(cd) and day(ef=xx+50)?
