A small Halloween themed Cache
3rd in a series of scary themed caches, the Wickedly Evil Rat is a Mr. Spooky head experiment gone all wrong that has left him just a shell of it's regular self..... His loss, your gain! Big enough for some medium sized trade items... depending on how they would weather (you'll see when you find the cache container.)
Please ensure the cache is covered when you leave to ensure it's evil eyes cannot influence the innocent to the dark side. Parents.... wee-uns may be frightened by this one.
