En: The Trainiškis oak is growing in Trainiškis village, which is located on the Baluošas lakeshore. The oak is almost 800 years old. Its trunk size is 6.1 metres and its height is 23 metres. This oak dates back to the pagan times when Lithuania was full of holy oak-woods.. Cache is a small plastic box wrapped into black plastic trash bag, some small stuff & coins inside.Not available during winter.

Lt: Trainiškis – etnografinis kaimas Ignalinos rajone, Aukštaitijos NP, pietrytineje Baluošo ežero pakranteje. Kaime auga Trainiškio ažuolas, kuriam 800 metu. Tai 23 m aukšcio medis, kurio kamieno apimtis yra 6,1 metro. Iki krikšcionybes tai buvo šventas pagoniu ažuolas. Lobis mazoje plastikineje dezuteje, juodam maiselyje. Viduje smulkus daiktai ir monetos.Ziema nepasiekiamas
