Geocache Description:

Brookfield State Land Series - All caches are hidden on seasonal roads that are not plowed in winter months. Speed limit is 25MPH. All caches are not far from the road and should be easy finds. I have added spoiler clues in case the tree cover is a problem. This area has a network of dirt roads, snowmobile and horse trails. Most roads have TT numbers (truck trail). Horses have the right of way. If you see horseback riders while looking for a cache make yourself known by moving and speaking as this will reduce the change of spooking a horse. At some cache sites you will have to park at the side of the road, leave room enough for a vehicle to pass. I have numbered each cache and added directions to the next cache. It is planned to start and end on Giles Road. All roads were shown on my road GPS. I made these kid friendly. Bring bug spray for certain areas. Wear orange during hunting season. BYOP Trail 27. Posted land on the left. It is on the right side of the trail. Look for 4 small tree trunks piled with sticks covering a larger green container. Please close lid tightly and cover it carefully as it can be seen from the trail. Continue down Brown Road to Giles Road. Drive slowly past the two houses at the end of the road. Watch for grandchildren and pets. Grandpa has a shotgun - slow down. Now you are back on pavement. Yahoo!!!
