This cache is one of several that I have located near the floodwall that protects the City of Chillicothe from the floods of the mighty Scioto River. The floodwall also doubles as a bikeway. And, there are benches and picnic tables available to those who wish to stop and rest, picnic, or just enjoy the view. The only way to get to this cache is to hike or bike from one of several access points; no motorized vehicles are allowed. See parking coordinates below.
