Geocache Description:

A small cache to find enables you to find the main cache which is a Bird Box with a combination lock and the need of some DIY skills to open this feathery box to reveal its contents.

Situated in the grounds of Palacerigg, which in itself is a country park that offers rare breeds of animals on show, plus a golf course and Loch.

The first cache has a motto, 'living life is a Beech' you just gotta find me at the bottom of the Beech, and there are several all in a line. The location is in fact at LimeKilns nature pond, see related website link, (visit link)

Once found, you can pick up a piece of paper within this cache that will give you instructions on how to open the Bird box that is kept shut by a combination lock, plus the need of some DIY skills are needed, the tools required are brains and a screw driver, I offer you the screw driver, but the brains have to come from you.

Once located, please make sure you leave it the exact way you found it for others to enjoy, and enjoy this perhaps, beautiful and hidden location.
Many times have I came here to sit and think while looking out onto the lovely waters edge, magical.

Important note......
When finding first small cache, please make sure you take only 1 slip of paper with coordiantes on it, do not take the waterproof one, this stays in the cache, Thanks.

When you have located the Bird box, please try and position the box to its usual position and make sure the old box covers the cache one. The screwdriver is best used when you pop it out from its yellow holder, that way the chain does not get in the way when screwing of screw, ta.
