Come explore these trails in any season for a nice walk in the woods. According to the sign at the Landon Hill Rd. entrance, they were a project of the Chestertown Rotary Club in 1980. There are lights for night skiing, though we do not know if they are still used.
The trail from Landon Hill Rd. is open again. An alternate summertime access is from Dynamite Hill on Rte.8, though not when the rope tow and hill are in use. See waypoints on this page; more details in my 5/31/11 log
Before you come, you might want to read up on the Triangulation Confabulation cache GCTW8V, and perhaps work it out at home. It's located "somewhere within the boundaries of these trails."
