This cache is placed at another of the former school sites that dotted the prairies.
The Sourisford school district # 906 was started in 1898 with the school completed in June of 1899. Classes started in the fall term, with 8 pupils and Mr. George Archibald in charge. In 1931 the school closed due to lack of pupils, only three left in district. The district was transferred to Edward school district and Melita
At this time the building is still standing , but in sad state so please do not enter the building. It will soon be torn down.
