Geocache Description:



GeoCrush is a series of art caches at Puget Sound cultural institutions. These aren't ordinary cache containers. They're displays where you can interact with the caches in an artistic way.

This art cache will have a very limited run! The cache is at the Seattle Repertory Theatre, at 155 Mercer Street in Seattle. It will be available Tuesday October 19th through Sunday October 24th from 12 noon to 6 pm.

About this Cache
Think it's easy to cast a play? We think you might find it a bit more challenging than you imagine. Consider that even the most familiar of roles varies from actor to actor. Empower yourself with the awesome responsibilities of a casting director, and let us know who fits the bill.

If you're lucky, you could win tickets to an upcoming performance of The Scarlet Letter at Intiman Theatre! Just fill out an entry slip and drop it into the cache.

About the Seattle Repertory Theatre:
One of the largest and most renowned regional theatres in the country, Seattle Repertory Theatre produces a mix of classics, recent Broadway hits and cutting-edge new works in two theatre spaces. Since its founding in 1963, actors like Lawrence Fishburne, Lily Tomlin, Samuel L. Jackson, Meryl Streep, Richard Gere, Richard Chamberlain, Jessica Tandy, Christopher Walken and many more have all "walked the boards" at the Rep. GeoCrush is an event that takes place all over ArtsCrush 2010. There are 20 art caches at cultural institutions around the Sound. When you find a cache, sign the logbook and fill out an entry form. When the cache is archived at the end of its run, we will draw winners at random from all the entries. You can win event tickets, art memorabilia, and other prizes from our host institutions.
