Located on the Trans-Canada Trail in Burnaby Mountain Conservation Area, north slope of Burnaby Mountain.
There's a trail map here.
Easiest parking is in pay parking on SFU campus. From there it is a short hike to trailhead. It is about half a kilometre from SFU parking to cache, but with 100 metre elevation drop, so take your time wheezing up "Cardiac Hill" on the way back. If you park at SFU for Burnaby Mountain caching there are lots of options for coffee, snacks or meals at the Cornerstone Building (N 49° 16.859' W 122° 54.519') before or after your walk.
Alternately you could park below east side of Burnaby Mountain at north end of North Road for free. In that case you are facing a one kilometre walk one-way, with a hundred metre elevation gain on the way in.
However you get there, DON'T go at night - some trail sections have steep cliffs, and this should be a day use area only. Cliff areas are signed, and no need to leave trail in any case....
