Not long ago, this cache had a few unexpected visitors of the Law Enforcement variety. This sparked a bti of debate about the type of hide, etc. on some local forums. So, I wanted to take a moment to revisit this cache and attempt to answer the question - "Is the problem because it's a lamp skirt, or that it's in a parking lot?"
