Geocache Description:

GA Cacher is coming to visit from Georgia and would love to meet a bunch of Midwest Cachers. Come out and help give GA Cacher a real Midwest geocacher welcome!

This event will be held on Monday, October 11th at Vic's Pizza in Springfield, IL.

Come for a tasty evening of relaxing, warm, geocaching fun at an "old-school" Springfield pizzeria! Bring your friends, family, and latest geocaching stories to share at:

from 5:30-7:30 PM on Monday, October 11th.

Vic's menu includes: pizza, salads, the Springfield favorite: horseshoes, a children's menu, and other Italian fare!

There will be door prizes including several full size ammo cans. Don't forget to bring any Travel Bugs that need to move and GA Cacher will take them back down south.

GA Cacher is a good friend of mine from Atlanta, GA. He is an excellent representative and ambassador to the sport of geocaching. He has been a member since late 2001, been a steering committee member of GGA (Georgia Geocaching Association), found over 4400 caches, and placed over 50 caches. Together we have driven over 700 miles in a day, two different times, within the state of GA, just to get 20-30 caches needed to complete the GA Delorme Challenge.
