Battle For Calavera-Navy Traditional Cache
Geodynamic: Took a look at this one and saw that you have to cross a fence to get to it. Calavera is getting smaller and smaller.

stand alone cache. Please disregard the puzzle clue in the
cache.
Calavera Defense Forces (CDF) have lost communications and believe
an attack is imminent. Recent gathered intelligence indicates that
a disgruntled, reformed geocacher has recruited other reformed
geocachers and is planning an attack on Calavera. This reformed
geocacher, who continually changes his caching name and most
recently went by GeoDebEmNick, has been conducting cache raids on
Calavera. These raids mainly targeting ammo cans were essentially
ineffective and led GeoDebEmNick to form the National Organization
Liberating Precious Calavera (NO L.P.C.). It is not known exactly
how many members are in NO L.P.C, but recent aberrant cache log
activities indicate the number could be quite large. The current
communications outage is believed to be the work of NO L.P.C. All
attempts to reestablish communications via the primary control
center have been unsuccessful. The whereabouts of CDF personnel,
who have thus far failed at activating the secondary control
center, are unknown. Your mission, if you choose to accept, is to
notify the outlying defense forces of the imminent attack and
obtain their key code for activation of the secondary control
center. Intelligence believes that Calavera is crawling with NO
L.P.C forces. So keep your wits about you and good luck. Approach
the outlying defense forces with caution as they appear to be on
high alert from recent UFO activity.
