An old feller, nearly Corixid's age, was fishing at the nearby Raisin River's edge when he heard a voice say, "Pick me up." He looked around and didn't see a soul. He thought he may be losing it when he heard the voice once again, "Pick me up." He looked toward the water and there, on a partially submerged, discarded tire, was a frog.
The man said, "Are you talking to me?" The frog said, "Yes, I'm talking to you. Pick me up, kiss me and I'll turn into the most beautiful woman you have ever seen. I'll make sure that all your friends are envious and jealous because I will become your bride!"
The man stared at the frog for a short time, picked it up, and carefully placed it in his front shirt pocket. Then the frog said, "What...!?, Are you nutZ?
Didn't you hear what I said? I said kiss me, you old coot, and I will be your stunning, young bride."
The old man buttoned his shirt pocket, looked out over the water, and cast his line.....
" Nah," said the old man,"... at my age I'd rather have a talking frog."
With AGE comes WISDOM.....
That being said,
* * Campus Humor * * One only has to look at the CURRENT 'Tecumseh Industrial Park' one mile from here. " FOR SALE" , "For Lease , 10,000 sq. ft. Call XXX-XXX-XXXX".... and several other similar vacant structures.
This "Technology Campus" is enough of a mystery,
Corixid doesn't need to add a 'Squiggly' to it.

UPDATE, Dec. 6th 2010: "The Tecumseh Products, in Tecumseh since 1934, has announced that it will move it's operations to Ann Arbor, MI. as soon as it's NEW, state of the art facility is completed there..."
UPDATE, June 16, 2012...After nearly 2 years construction time and about TWO years of sitting IDLE..
