This is a multi-cache located at Westminster Park in Syracuse, New York. The final is a camo match stick container, BYOP. This cache was also hidden by me on my 20th birthday.
The coordinates will lead you to a small park in a nice neighborhood in Syracuse. From there you will need to use common knowledge and some simple math to figure out the coordinates to the final WP.
The coordinates to the final WP are:
N 43 0A.XYZ
W 076 0B.CDC
A= The # of cement barriors minus the number of green beams connecting them surrounding the park.
XYZ= The # of steps leading down to Euclid Ave. minus 64. (Because of human error the correct # of steps is either 163, 178 or 186)
B= The # of trees inside the circle of the park plus 1.
C= The # of benches around the park.
D= The # of 'dead end' signs at the road entrance of the park.
