The cache is located in a park next to the Sage Library. The Sage Library was named after Henry Sage. He was a lumbar baron who lived from 1814-1897. The library was donated by Henry Sage to Bay City. There is a near article on Henry Sage at (visit link)
You are looking for a small lock in lock container. Please try to cover it back up so that muggles won't stumble upon it to easily. This area can be busy at times, so stealth is required.
