Either enter from Wellington dam turn off information bay and enjoy an one km hike or there is a 4WD track the other side of cache which will take you quite close.
Cache is now a white waterproof container with kids toys, contains notebook with pen. I was informed cache had gone AWOL, probably washed away. Couldnt find it so replaced with white container 19/11/11, exact same location but secured to avoid washing away in high water flows (I hope!).
This apparently was an old bridge crossing made from logs back in the old days. Walking is the only way this could be crossed now as it is quite delapidated due to age.
