Geocache Description:

This is a park and grab off the parking lot of a local farmers market. This place used to be Vickie's Party Supply when I was younger then it changed to Blue Roo, a farmers market and now consignment shop.

Do watch for muggles during the day...is a popular spot. Late afternoon and dusk is the ideal time for this one if you want to be super stealthy.
