Nightmare (not) on Downing Street Mystery Cache
MTH: At the latest meeting the commitee decided that the cache could not be maintained anymore and that it should be archived.
A vote of thanks was passed to everyone that found the cache legitimately.

I had a strange dream a few nights ago.
I was in a building in central London where I met three old men. The Rule governing our meeting forbids me from identifying the three gentlemen or where we met, but I can reveal that we decided to hide a geocache nearby.
Fortunately there was the perfect location about 200 feet south, and the cache - a very small metal cylinder - was tucked away without a magnet in sight.
Before I could record the co-ordinates my GPSr started to buzz; softly at first, then more insistent. I pressed buttons, turned it off, even threw it into bushes but the buzzing continued. It took a few moments for me to realise it was my alarm clock ringing.
The following night I had another dream - more of a nightmare. I had gone back to search for the cache, but there were simply too many places it could be. Which sign had I attached it to? I kept searching and searching until I woke up in a cold sweat.
The map shows the cache in a location mentioned by my companions, although it's not hidden nearby for rather obvious reasons! I know the cache must be within a kilometre of here, but where?
You're welcome to help me find the cache, but please don't write anything in your logs or post pictures that help identify the location. Please bring your own pencil which may be useful for more than just signing the log...
