Geocache Description:

There is nothing to see at the above coordinates. Solve the puzzle and meet the requirements listed below to claim this cache.

Yeah runnin’ down a dream
That never would come to me
Workin’ on a mystery, goin’ wherever it leads
I’m runnin’ down a dream
-- Tom Petty

We have had a great time geocaching this last year, including solving lots of puzzles. In fact, we recently logged 25 puzzle caches in a row! We figured we would challenge you to do the same:

You must find 25 mystery caches in a row in order to log a find to this cache.

Your streak of 25 caches cannot be interrupted by any Traditionals, Multi's, Virtuals, or any other non-event cache type. I don't want to discourage people from attending events, so Events and Mega Events may be interspersed with your mystery streak. Your profile must show 25 mysteries in the row. They need not all have been done on the same day. They can be in the past. And they don't have to be your most recent 25 finds. You do not have to submit anything for approval. Once you've met the requirements, solve the puzzle below and feel free to log the cache. Please mention in your log the start and end dates of your puzzle streak. (And, optionally, post the GC# and info for your favorite local puzzle cache.) If you log the cache without meeting the challenge, we will delete your log. Remember, if you cheat, you are only cheating yourself.

Now that you understand the rules, you must find the coordinates for this cache to make the find. It wouldn't be a good puzzle challenge without a puzzle, right???

Find The Four!
If you've come this far, you've probably become familiar with playing the game we call, "Find the Four".. You know, looking at a puzzle cache from every angle striving to find that first number 4 that tells you that you're on the right track and that the rest of the coordinates will soon be in your hands.

This is a two-part puzzle. First you need to coax some numbers out of the jumble below. Unless you're turned all upside down, you will find no fours here so you can't rely on that trick this time around!

The checksum adding all the digits together from the first half of the puzzle is 33. Once you have extracted the correct sequence of numbers, you'll need to massage them into meaningful coordinates, which you can verify at geochecker.com.

Since the final will be here in Oregon and not someplace like California or British Columbia, there will have to be at least one four in the final coordinates.

Good luck, and congratulations on completing 25 puzzles in a row!

No puzzle hints until FTF.

Subtract 0.050 from the final latitude and 0.076 from the final longitude for good parking. There is no need to go near the electric fence at ground zero.

Congratulations mystery streakers!
