My first cache - named after my dog Benji!
This is #1 in the series 'Benji's Walk', a series of 10 caches which can be done as a trail, perfect for a dog walk.
All the names come from animals and birds that I have seen along the way, so if you are lucky you might get to see them too.
Parking is available in the Church car-park, I have created a waypoint. Those with young children may want to consider doing this one and #10 first and then driving to the parking waypoint for #2 and walking the route from there, as you will avoid crossing the road then.
Due to some new fencing that has gone up the directions between this one and #2 have had to change. Once you have found the cache, continue on through the woods, until you reach the junction of Dedham Road, and Harwich Road. Carefully cross the road, and head up Hungerdown Lane, you will soon see a footpath on your left, follow that down the small incline and then turn left. You should see a hedgeline in front of you with a gap on the left hand side, this will take you into the Spinney, follow your GPS to the cache.
