Geocache Description:

A moderate circular walk c. 2hrs in total, with spectacular views over Loch Ness.
Parking avaliable at N57 22.799 W004 22.668. This is a busy, well used carpark, so please be considerate and park in a tidy manner.

Based around the local legend of The Kelpie (mythical water horse) and its hoard of pearls.

Your quest is to discover

5x Black Pearls (Magnetic Nano's).

Note the numbers written at the start of each log sheet in order to give you the co-ordinates to a challanging Bonus cache.

Parts of the trails rise steeply, other gradually over longer distances. So be prepared to stretch your leg muscles, and to be rewarded with some brilliant views.

Options to extend your visit include: using the trails at the top of the wood to link with the wider network of Abriachan Forest Trust walks or visiting the Abriachan Garden & Nursery just over the bridge.
