The square Wensley village
This cache is located in the Square Wensley village. Parking at the location spaces free especiall yduring the day. It is a Cache and grab location within a very short distance within the parking area. Possible to access from wheel chair with care. The village of Wensley has ancient links with pagan worships. It may have been called Wodensley. The nearby hilsides are riddled with lead mining workings believed to go back to Roman times. A short walk from the square reveal views toward Matlock and Riber castle. There is extensive walking possibilities within a short distance.
