Update 5/14/13: I upped the terrain rating due to easiest access to the cache and in no way do I personally feel this is a 3T. During or after big rains I don't suggest going for this. The creek becomes a river.
There is a buisness near by and the road also comes to a dead end where there are a few active homes. The area is a little creepy, but you should be ok. It can be accessed from the bike path. The Xenia bike hub has the best parking available. There is a small pull off next to the bridge. I suggest it gets used cause this is a slow, but active road.
